Sven Jaschan is the self-confessed author of the NetSky worms, and Sasser computer worms.Sven Jaschan is the German citizen who created the Sasser and Netsky viruses when he was 17 years old.Sven Jaschan was born on April 29, 1986 and who lived in the village of Waffensen, Germany and attended a computer science school in nearby Rotenburg.
The Netsky virus spoofed e-mail addresses (meaning it pretended to be an e-mail from a trusted source) and sent itself out to potential victims as a 22,016-byte attachment.
Jaschan was arrested after a three-month international investigation that saw Microsoft slapping a $250,000 bounty on the Sasser writer's head, and he was the first person caught as a direct result of Microsoft's bounty hunt.

Jonathan Joseph James, His Life :- December 12, 1983 – May 18, 2008, was an American hacker who was the first juvenile incarcerated for cybercrime in the United States.
James's major intrusions targeted high-profile organizations. He installed a backdoor into a Defense Threat Reduction Agency server. The DTRA is an agency of the Department of Defense charged with reducing the threat to the U.S.
James also cracked into NASA computers, stealing software worth approximately $1.7 million.
The South Florida native was 15 years old at the time of the first offense and 16 years old on the date of his sentencing. He died on May 18, 2008, of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Michael Calce was 15 years old when he made headlines around the world by launching online attacks that brought down the websites of Yahoo!, eBay, CNN and other Internet giants.
It was February 8, 2000, and the then-15-year-old was egged on by a fellow hacker who believed CNN.com would be impossible to bring down because of its "advanced networks" and "huge traffic numbers." It took Calce just a few minutes.
After being apprehended in a late night raid by law enforcement, he eventually plead guilty to 56 charges and served eight months in a group home facility.

Kevin David Mitnick, born on August 6, 1963 is an American computer security consultant, author, convicted criminal, and hacker.

7)Robert Tappan Morris:-
Robert Tappan Morris born In November 8, 1965 is an American computer scientist, best known for creating the Morris Worm in 1988.
Robert Morris, a graduate student in Computer Science at Cornell, wrote an experimental, self-replicating, self-propagating program called a worm and injected it into the Internet.
Considered the first computer worm on the Internet and subsequently becoming the first person convicted under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
He chose to release it from MIT, to disguise the fact that the worm came from Cornell
Morris was convicted of violating the computer Fraud and Abuse Act (Title 18), and sentenced to three years of probation, 400 hours of community service, a fine of $10,050, and the costs of his supervision. His appeal, filed in December, 1990, was rejected the following March.
8)George Francis Hotz:-
George Francis Hotz Is born In October 2, 1989, alias geohot, million75 or simply mil, is an American hacker known for unlocking the iPhone, allowing the phone to be used with other wireless carriers, contrary to AT&T and Apple's intent.
He is also noted for hacking the PlayStation 3 and subsequently being sued by and settling with Sony.

Trinity Student Arrested in FBI Hacking Probe
Donncha O’Cearbhaill (19), Birr, Co Offaly, was charged in US court documents on Tuesday with one count of computer hacking conspiracy.
